1. rogues doing rogue things

[ the thing about being vax'ildan is this: sometimes you roll so well on stealth you basically write yourself out of the story. by which i mean, in the creepy, dark gray of the central node, you may not even notice it... but there's someone nearby. no hint of a rustle of fabric or trees, no sounds save for the environment existing.

and then, out of fucking nowhere, there's a low voice. ]

Hey. [ and it turns out that voice belongs to a person wearing a hood, standing RIGHT nearby. sorry for the startle! he's actually kind of looking for the reaction. can you see him? ]

and then there's that terrible banging sound, the feeling of someone screaming inside, and he hisses a - ]
Shite! [ and jumps backwards like a startled cat.

fucking doors ]

3. carnival
[ or maybe if you're exploring, you might see a hooded figure perched up on top of the carousel. what's he doing up there? who knows. he wanted to be tall.

glancing down when he hears footsteps though, vax's expression shifts, and after a moment, he pushes his hood back to reveal a young man with pointed ears. ]

You alright down there? Don't tell me you're a local.

4.wildcard
