WEEK THREE: MINGLE

MINGLE

Yesterday was a bittersweet ending to a long, tumultuous weekend. No one could blame you for the emotions you're feeling now, even if you can't quite describe them. However, time marches on. You must keep moving ever onward.

At the far end of the park in the central node, you'll hear the faint sound of rumbling as something new appears. The Prism is opening itself to you all, showing you what it's capable of, and providing you with space to explore.

For those of you feeling particularly daring, you are free to explore a bit further on your own. But even before you leave the apartments, perhaps you'd like to pay a visit to the gumball machine in the lobby.

Another Monday... it's important to remember the people you've lost, isn't it? What about the things you've left behind? There's plenty of things that have shaped your thoughts and feelings that have made you into the person you are today. Though some of you may have gained or lost a color since this time last week, the Prism seems to seek balance once again. Large, transparent bubbles have a way to sneak up on you, trapping you in the vicinity of another. Your only means of escape will be giving color back. As you touch these bubbles, you'll find that they glow a soft color, and soon your most private moments will be visible to others. Everything you wish to hide can no longer be avoided, no matter how hard you try. Perhaps it's time to come to terms with the things you've never shared before, if you wish to leave your temporary confinements.

Finally, as always, you may contact the residents at any time. They may even have something new for you to do.

Welcome to your week three mingle for [community profile] chroma!

Things of note:
► This week's effect is memshare! As the post says, you and whomever you're threading with can be trapped by a transparent bubble and the only way to escape is to share a memory. OOCly you can choose whatever memory you want, though it will not necessarily be an IC choice. The bubble will glow the color that most closely matches the memory you're sharing.
► You can play this however you want where both parties share at the same time or one party shares first followed by the other. You may play this as the other party viewing the memory as a scene or as them living through the memory first-hand. Finally, yes, you can memshare multiple memories in a thread if you want.
Player location submissions continue to be open!
Moida submissions continue to be open!
► More to come... keep your eyes and ears open.
