WEEK ONE: MINGLE 2
MINGLE

Wow... well then. Things certainly happened, didn't they? It seems as though things have calmed down once again in the Prism after the events of this weekend. You have lodging and food now, and while the area is still cold and monochrome in some places you've restored and gained access to four colorful spaces.
In the morning, everyone receives a text on their phones. Or, a picture with a text, actually.
BEHOLD
At the far end of the park in the central node, you'll hear the faint sound of rumbling as something new appears. Perhaps you wish to take a look?
For those of you feeling particularly daring, you are free to explore a bit further on your own.
Before you venture too far, though, make sure you take a moment to check out the booth in the lobby of the apartments. Seems like it's not broken anymore!
So much excitement for one day. Maybe take a moment to evaluate how you're feeling. Some of you might have gained or lost a color as time moved on. Not just that, though. Throughout the course of this week you will find yourself coming into the possession of a new talent that belongs to someone else. Other times, you'll find that you've lost your own talents and are unable to perform as expected. That's cumbersome, isn't it? Look on the bright side! Maybe you'll discover a new hobby this way.
Finally, as always, you may contact the residents at any time. They may even have something new for you to do.

Welcome to your week one mingle for

Things of note:
► This week's effect is talent loss/talent gain! You'll randomly over the week lose something you're very good at, and gain something you've never been able to do before. Go wild with this as long as you're not breaking things.
► Player location submissions are now open!
► moida submissions are also now open!
► More to come... keep your eyes and ears open.
A THING.... DISCUSSION [1/3]
@ hongoufan
hey, it's chinatsu
meet naruhodo-san, asogi-san, and me at the meeting hall!
we want to share something we found
[When people show up to the Meeting Hall, Chinatsu, Ryunosuke, and Kazuma are already there waiting.]
Hey. The three of us checked out the closet the other day. We had, um... a weird hallucination when we went to leave? There was a bunch of blue clothes in the way, and then... the sound of water. We were in a hot spring, I guess? But we couldn't tell where it was.
There was... maybe a man with us? He had a glass of drink, and he started talking to us.

[ him with his selectively good memory: ]
"This place is strange. I was not sure what to expect upon arriving here, but it is not so terrible. It molds itself to our desires, shifts to meet our expectations.
... And the similarities among us has not been lost on me. We all seem to be strays." Ah, sorry, he said a name here I couldn't understand— "Perhaps it is a comfort, to not be the only one who has had nowhere else to go.
"Yet, I can't stay. There are things I have to attend to. I must find my way back to you."

They also warned us to be careful where we poke around, and asked us to keep them in the loop of what we find. Let's be mindful going forward. And stay on our toes.
[ which they're all doing anyway so it's fine ]

What did the man look like?

There's always a chance the residents are lying. Don't take their ignorance at face value.
[November still sowing distrust towards the Prism and the NPCs, apparently. He really is pretty insistent on not listening to those]
But that's simply a possibility.

If we find out any different later, then we do.

But I think what's most likely is that there are gaps in their knowledge, rather than malicious lies.
[ ultimately, he can't control what people decide. that's what he's going with, though. ]

[ Damn. Really wish she didn't have actual experience with this. ]
The man spoke of "strays", too, do you all suspect that means that there were more?

By the way, has anyone else ran into things of a particular color while poking around? For example, Crow Armbrust, Chang Geng and I found a yellow scarf outside, in the garden.

But if he was talking about not being the only one, there had to be others like him, right? Maybe it's something like that Dreamer person.
