WEEK ONE: MINGLE 2
MINGLE

Wow... well then. Things certainly happened, didn't they? It seems as though things have calmed down once again in the Prism after the events of this weekend. You have lodging and food now, and while the area is still cold and monochrome in some places you've restored and gained access to four colorful spaces.
In the morning, everyone receives a text on their phones. Or, a picture with a text, actually.
BEHOLD
At the far end of the park in the central node, you'll hear the faint sound of rumbling as something new appears. Perhaps you wish to take a look?
For those of you feeling particularly daring, you are free to explore a bit further on your own.
Before you venture too far, though, make sure you take a moment to check out the booth in the lobby of the apartments. Seems like it's not broken anymore!
So much excitement for one day. Maybe take a moment to evaluate how you're feeling. Some of you might have gained or lost a color as time moved on. Not just that, though. Throughout the course of this week you will find yourself coming into the possession of a new talent that belongs to someone else. Other times, you'll find that you've lost your own talents and are unable to perform as expected. That's cumbersome, isn't it? Look on the bright side! Maybe you'll discover a new hobby this way.
Finally, as always, you may contact the residents at any time. They may even have something new for you to do.

Welcome to your week one mingle for

Things of note:
► This week's effect is talent loss/talent gain! You'll randomly over the week lose something you're very good at, and gain something you've never been able to do before. Go wild with this as long as you're not breaking things.
► Player location submissions are now open!
► moida submissions are also now open!
► More to come... keep your eyes and ears open.

no subject
[They are SO loud.]
You need a big, bluetooth speaker. [She looks at Riff like hehe.] Or you could play some for just me.
no subject
[hm though.]
i think i have headphones tho
if u rly want
no subject
Oh--sure. I promise not to drop them in the water.
[Unless they are listening too, then it'd just be one in the water.]
no subject
ya
i trust u to be careful
[anyway, they navigate to a song and hit play.]

She takes the headphones to listen to this song as she leans on her arms, and unfortunately SIMPLY ACCEPTS THIS. It's catchy?]
This is absolutely an anime song, isn't it?
[It has that vibe.]
no subject
anyway, they seem to be okay just vibing and listening, and also she isn't immediately saying it's awful so they feel pretty good about this.]
eh
but its still good right?
no subject
[Resigned herself to saying weeb music is good because she has to put up with it with her brother anyway. It's fine.]
The lyrics are kind of concerning, but they sound a lot like you, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised.
no subject
[they don't specify which part they're questioning.]
maybe they are but
it still makes me feel better about stuff
no subject
That's what musics for, right? To make you feel things you can't put into words.
no subject
right
something like that
and thats exactly what musics for
when u can relate to it
and understand things ur feeling
or situations ur in
thats how u know u found a good song
no subject
So... what do you feel like when you're listening to this one?
[hehe]
no subject
like even when things do change
theres still a part of u that u can hold onto and stay grounded
and like things will be ok anyway even when things dont always make sense
reassurance maybe
