WEEKEND ZERO: MINGLE
GREETINGS

Unnerving. That may be the best word to describe how the vibes feel as your sight begins to clear and you find yourself on the ground. The air is chilly, and you don't see anything that may represent the sun or the moon for a sense of time. You look around expecting to find some sort of buildings, wildlife, or anything of use, but your immediate line of vision only shows a sprawling monochrome landscape.
Are you feeling adventurous? As you get to your feet, you have the opportunity to wander further and begin assessing the situation. You'll quickly find that the only thing on your person are the clothes on your back. Traveling will eventually lead you to a few areas, though none of them appear very promising either.
Don't stray too far, however. While there are few hints of plant life (nothing nourishing, nothing satisfying), you won't find much else. There's no food or running water; resources seem scarce. The further you go, the more you begin to feel colder and weaker. Your eyes begin to play tricks on you, and everything ahead of you looks unfocused and even more gray than before. An imminent sense of danger hangs above you...you can't quite pinpoint why, but your gut instinct says there's something else out there just lying beyond your reach.
Perhaps you'll have luck another day. For now, it seems as though your only option is to make use of the areas you do have access to and try to settle in. But don't worry, you aren't alone. There's 35 other people just waiting to see what you'll do next.

Welcome to your weekend zero intro to
Things of note!
► You can find food (cotton candy, stale hot dog buns with no hot dogs, etc) in the carnival, but none of it is filling. It's monochrome, and you're hungry again five minutes later.
► There's water in the mansion but it's kind of grey.
► Seriously, it's cold.
► You arrive in your canon outfit. It is also monochrome, like someone drained the dye out of your clothes.
Stay tuned for more updates throughout the weekend, and happy settling!

The flow of time is pretty wild, but you don't have to take it out on the clock, you know? Don't kill the messenger!

anyway, Danny shakes his head and focuses on the more important part of this. ]
Wait, what tall guy?

Oh, there's this giant who's like ten feet tall walking around! Totally wild, right? I didn't even know it was possible.

...for either of them.

An escape room is like a live action puzzle game where you go inside and have to find the clues and put them together to find how to get out in the time limit. Get it? Escape room? They're totes fun!
...Ah, but usually you know when you've signed up for one?

What happens if you don't get out before time runs out?
no subject
But if you don't make it out, you're stuck forever...! [ pause for drama ] No, you just don't get to say you won. They'll still let you out!
no subject
I might have done something like that before, then. Not as a game, though. I don't think we would've been let out if we didn't get out on our own.

Sounds like we should try a real escape room once we're out of here! It's way more fun.

Yeah, you'll have to show me what they're supposed to be like!

Name's Kazunari Miyoshi, by the way. Nice to meet you!

I think I can bring a couple friends. You know, once we actually get out of here.
