Unnerving. That may be the best word to describe how the vibes feel as your sight begins to clear and you find yourself on the ground. The air is chilly, and you don't see anything that may represent the sun or the moon for a sense of time. You look around expecting to find some sort of buildings, wildlife, or anything of use, but your immediate line of vision only shows a sprawling monochrome landscape.

Are you feeling adventurous? As you get to your feet, you have the opportunity to wander further and begin assessing the situation. You'll quickly find that the only thing on your person are the clothes on your back. Traveling will eventually lead you to a few areas, though none of them appear very promising either.

Don't stray too far, however. While there are few hints of plant life (nothing nourishing, nothing satisfying), you won't find much else. There's no food or running water; resources seem scarce. The further you go, the more you begin to feel colder and weaker. Your eyes begin to play tricks on you, and everything ahead of you looks unfocused and even more gray than before. An imminent sense of danger hangs above you...you can't quite pinpoint why, but your gut instinct says there's something else out there just lying beyond your reach.

Perhaps you'll have luck another day. For now, it seems as though your only option is to make use of the areas you do have access to and try to settle in. But don't worry, you aren't alone. There's 35 other people just waiting to see what you'll do next.

Welcome to your weekend zero intro to chroma! While characters have access to the locations available, they do not have access to anything else including their home items. Please note that characters do not know what their primary color or complementary colors are as of yet, and IC profiles are not in-play at this time.

Things of note!

► You can find food (cotton candy, stale hot dog buns with no hot dogs, etc) in the carnival, but none of it is filling. It's monochrome, and you're hungry again five minutes later.
► There's water in the mansion but it's kind of grey.
► Seriously, it's cold.
► You arrive in your canon outfit. It is also monochrome, like someone drained the dye out of your clothes.

Not bad. That indeed would be a more welcome sight than this desolate, depressing temple. The lack of color gets to you.

It kind of reminds me of a calligraphy painting. [except ugly] Especially with the way your clothes are blending in.

This was supposed to be blue. I suppose the clothes arefrom this place as well, and we all got dressed with them at some point.

[Well, it doesn't really bother him, to be completely honest. This is the guy who once lounged naked for who knows how long even though he had been given a suit to wear, geez!]

Have you ever met anyone who kidnaps a bunch of strangers, changes their clothes, and then just leaves them alone? Shouldn't we be... dead now? Or locked up?

Oh, I'm sure there's people out there who would do such things, but if you ask me one thing is likely:

There's something else yet to happen. We won't be left to walk around aimlessly forever.

[Or at least that's his guess! The other shoe is still yet to drop. He has known people who would kidnap others and it's never just to watch the prisoners walk around and mingle for no reason]

Let's just say if I return to what I was doing before coming here I probably will be dead in a minute or so.

[November isn't ruling out that upon finishing whatever's happening here he'll once again find himself on the verge of death again. He'd like to not die, but he's not going to harbor any hopes his fate is anything other than his own death once this murdergame ends]
