WEEKEND ZERO: MINGLE
GREETINGS

Unnerving. That may be the best word to describe how the vibes feel as your sight begins to clear and you find yourself on the ground. The air is chilly, and you don't see anything that may represent the sun or the moon for a sense of time. You look around expecting to find some sort of buildings, wildlife, or anything of use, but your immediate line of vision only shows a sprawling monochrome landscape.
Are you feeling adventurous? As you get to your feet, you have the opportunity to wander further and begin assessing the situation. You'll quickly find that the only thing on your person are the clothes on your back. Traveling will eventually lead you to a few areas, though none of them appear very promising either.
Don't stray too far, however. While there are few hints of plant life (nothing nourishing, nothing satisfying), you won't find much else. There's no food or running water; resources seem scarce. The further you go, the more you begin to feel colder and weaker. Your eyes begin to play tricks on you, and everything ahead of you looks unfocused and even more gray than before. An imminent sense of danger hangs above you...you can't quite pinpoint why, but your gut instinct says there's something else out there just lying beyond your reach.
Perhaps you'll have luck another day. For now, it seems as though your only option is to make use of the areas you do have access to and try to settle in. But don't worry, you aren't alone. There's 35 other people just waiting to see what you'll do next.

Welcome to your weekend zero intro to
Things of note!
► You can find food (cotton candy, stale hot dog buns with no hot dogs, etc) in the carnival, but none of it is filling. It's monochrome, and you're hungry again five minutes later.
► There's water in the mansion but it's kind of grey.
► Seriously, it's cold.
► You arrive in your canon outfit. It is also monochrome, like someone drained the dye out of your clothes.
Stay tuned for more updates throughout the weekend, and happy settling!

[HE'LL JUST BE HONEST ABOUT IT
he prefers thinking about mischievous spirits than actually terrible people!]

[Well, in the eyes of a lot of people, at least. November may have once been in the side of law of order by being part of the MI-6, but it wasn't just his enemies who saw him as a monster because he was a Contractor. Not that he really cared about that]
Wouldn't it be kind to give spirits rest? I'm not knowledgeable at all about the topic, but I do recall bringing them relief helps them move on.

Sometimes you just need to slice 'em.
[he's maybe not the right person to talk to about this]

[are you a blessed sword mr sword man]

I'd say that depends - if you get a sword that's blessed, it'll probably be even more effective... but some swords can do the trick if they're wielded by the right person.
Or if the spirit has a form that can be cut.
