Another bittersweet weekend is behind you now. You were successfully in reversing an execution, and yet...well. This place truly does love violence against children, doesn't it? No time to stop and dwell though. As always, you must keep moving ever onward...

Everything in the Prism is quiet today. There's no new node opening itself to you. The archways you've encountered seem to be what's left. Even the central node is eerily silent, as though waiting for your next move.

You get the sense that explorations may be a bit more stifling now. Be careful where you stick your noses, just in case you don't like what you find. That's not meant to be discouraging, of course. Surely by now you've realized how far your free will can take you. But even before you leave the apartments, perhaps you'd like to pay a visit to the gumball machine in the lobby.

Your colors have changed several times upon entering this place. This past weekend is no exception. Some of you may have changed, and some of you may have stagnated. Worry not. It isn't as though it matters...does it? Your color isn't the only thing that makes you who you are, after all. There's...people, places, things, ideas. Memories that you've coveted throughout the years, things you've held near and dear, things that have guided you on this journey especially lately.

But now it seems that you're having a bit of trouble holding onto these things. Every now and then, you'll find that as you try to recall pieces of yourselves, those memories have simply faded away. What does your best friend look like? What's your favorite song? Better question...what's your name? You may find it easier to recall facts about other people, strangely enough. But as the week progresses your own memories tumble right between your fingertips, lost into the ether.

Hold on while you can.

Things of note:
► This week's effect is memloss. You knew this was coming. You've put so much of yourself and your feelings into the Prism...surely it makes sense to lose what you've given.
► The severity of memloss can be up to you. You can gradually start to lose your memories, or you can forget large parts of yourself as you see fit. You can even lose your name and come up with a cool codename like...Bass, Riff, Shale or Steel. Wow.
► While you are losing your own memories, memories you have of others and information they've shared with you seem to be still available to you. You will be able to recall names, faces, and their memories they've shared with you, but your own memories are harder to tap into and you'll have trouble recalling events and experiences you've been involved in.
► Although exploring locations as you have in past weeks may not yield results, you still may try to change things about the prism.
► More to come... keep your eyes and ears open.

There's a row of three tears close together.

Inside the first one, you'll find a cheetah wearing a green moto jacket and a long red scarf. He strikes a confident pose and says, Anything high up and by the sea - like a rest stop or shack on a cliffside overlooking the ocean! In addition, if asked, the cheetah will tell you he likes:

▶︎ Red, with green accents.
▶︎ Motorcycles.
▶︎ General vehicles… Cars and motorboats too.
▶︎ Swords.
▶︎ Bloody?
▶︎ Windy but warm, like Spring
▶︎ Really transient, like it’s not built to last.

Inside the second one, you'll find a white squirrel in a black coat, who sheepishly says, Somewhere small, modern and simple, but I'm still able to relax there. In addition, if asked, the squirrel will tell you he likes:

▶︎ Muted, as far as colors go; mostly greys and whites
▶︎ Minimalistic, no real decor
▶︎ A desk with a computer
▶︎ A simple bed
▶︎ A sofa somewhere
▶︎ A shelf, with maybe only a few books on it
▶︎ The squirrel seems uncertain; he’s never had a home before and doesn’t know what’s meant to go in it.

Inside the third one, there's a chestnut brown deer in a blue sailor dress with heart eye pupils. With a mischievous glint in her eyes, she tells you that she'd like her home Comfortable and modern. Something that gives the sense I'm at my home away from home. In addition, if asked, the deer will tell you she likes:

▶︎ Blue, light brown, white, and yellow
▶︎ A computer and desk
▶︎ Study books (math, science, english, etc.)
▶︎ Romance books…
▶︎ An electric keyboard piano.
▶︎ Bright and warm, like summer days.
▶︎ Fairy lights.
▶︎ A cellphone.
▶︎ Ribbons.

Will you get to work making these little animals a home?

Think he'll want a car bed?

He didn't say it has to be real blood, so... We might get away with relying on stage blood, or decorating with art that features plenty of it.

A little late there. You know what would be pretty funny? They have the fake bloody towels and shower curtain. Maybe something like that for the bathroom?

[ well. he's going to make a confident start using his colour to throw some of these around the place. ]

Figure you could put some photos with these -- that's kind of a cute idea, right?

Oh those are totes cute. Those could go on the wall with the bed or maybe by the computer desk?

Oh we could do basic ones over the computer area, and then these by the bed? That'd be kinda cute. If she wants study stuff it should probably go by the desk, or be built in around it, so we might as well keep that a little cleaner.

damien makes a bookshelf! with study books (math, science, english) on one shelf and romance books on another. and some cook books? what else goes on a bookshelf to make it cute. uhh. potted plant on top.

then he decides that's not cute enough so he tries to make a lil plush or something to go on it too? uhhh what do girls like. pink things?? somehow the plush he makes ends up looking like K*rby. why. ]

[shale is here just quietly adding some stuff to the deer’s house. He’s going to add a little desk area to put pictures of different places. They’re kind of weird - the ocean? A forest?]

Maybe it should be more like a vacation home? Someplace to stop by and relax when you’re not traveling other places?

[ gives this one a mini-fridge filled with energy drinks. ]

[He'll use his color to add in the electric keyboard piano, along with some soundproofing cubes on the wall, headphones and a nook for recording and mixing.]

[ kazu approaches this squirrel with only a slight hesitation, tapping his chin. ]

Minimalism isn't really my strong suit, but it should be serviceable and still comfortable, right? And if they want something small, maybe a studio layout would work best?

Oh, like clean and basic?

Could you do like a bed nook? Tuck it in, and then there could be a shelf built into the wall of the bed area, or something? That leaves the rest of the room looking pretty neat and uncluttered.

9S lives in a time where humanity no longer exists and he only knows other androids, I believe... so there are a lot of things in our daily lives that would be unfamiliar to him. We don't want to overload it with things that he wouldn't recognize...

[ He just nods because this is just furniture now, right? He poofs a simple white boxy sofa. ]

[He's just conjuring up a lil row of potted plants to make a tiny herb garden to go on the window sill!]

Anyway obviously yams is here!!! Does he know what a cheetah is? No, but he knows what a Buzen is, and this cheetah gives him such strong Buzen vibes that he's obviously going to be here.

For this one, you can either catch him making swords--three of them this time, very specific--or doing his best to use color to create an ocean!! He's spent enough time at the beach here, he can probably figure it out.]

[when nobody else is looking, bass comes and sets down presents.

for the cheetah, bass leaves a small collection of tech deck skateboards, all with pictures of sonic the hedgehog on them.

for the white squirrel, bass leaves a very fuzzy, soft blanket that is always warm.

for the brown deer, bass leaves a collection of cute hair ribbons.]
