WEEKEND ZERO: OVERFLOW
WOW

Unnerving. That may be the best word to describe how the vibes feel as your sight begins to clear and you find yourself on the ground. The air is chilly, and you don't see anything that may represent the sun or the moon for a sense of time. You look around expecting to find some sort of buildings, wildlife, or anything of use, but your immediate line of vision only shows a sprawling monochrome landscape.
Are you feeling adventurous? As you get to your feet, you have the opportunity to wander further and begin assessing the situation. You'll quickly find that the only thing on your person are the clothes on your back. Traveling will eventually lead you to a few areas, though none of them appear very promising either.
Don't stray too far, however. While there are few hints of plant life (nothing nourishing, nothing satisfying), you won't find much else. There's no food or running water; resources seem scarce. The further you go, the more you begin to feel colder and weaker. Your eyes begin to play tricks on you, and everything ahead of you looks unfocused and even more gray than before. An imminent sense of danger hangs above you...you can't quite pinpoint why, but your gut instinct says there's something else out there just lying beyond your reach.
Perhaps you'll have luck another day. For now, it seems as though your only option is to make use of the areas you do have access to and try to settle in. But don't worry, you aren't alone. There's 35 other people just waiting to see what you'll do next.

Welcome to your weekend zero intro to
Things of note!
► You can find food (cotton candy, stale hot dog buns with no hot dogs, etc) in the carnival, but none of it is filling. It's monochrome, and you're hungry again five minutes later.
► There's water in the mansion but it's kind of grey.
► Seriously, it's cold.
► You arrive in your canon outfit. It is also monochrome, like someone drained the dye out of your clothes.
Stay tuned for more updates throughout the weekend, and happy settling!

Anyway, Kashuu looks distinctly displeased about that possibility but it's not like he can argue against it. Humans do be reckless and wild...]
Maybe I should post guard for a little while, then... It'd be super stupid if someone got all the way here and then got hurt right away 'cuz they heard someone banging around behind a sealed door in a temple and decided "hey! Opening that seems like a great idea!"
[Being humanity's babysitter is very exhausting.]

chang geng at least joins him in looking displeased, gaze wandering up to the front of the temple as they hit the end of the bridge. he's still going to investigate, because he wants to see every corner of this place, but he's at least not someone to warn off from opening it. ]
I wouldn't mind helping with that. Wouldn't do to have just one person warning people off from tampering with something they shouldn't, especially in a place as strange as this.
[ and then someone came waltzing in to do just that ]

HE TRIED TO STOP HOT PANTS TOO LISTEN goddamn he knew you just shouldn't open big mysterious bolted doors in the middle of spooky temples!! That said, his new friend's just getting a grateful look.]
Thanks, seriously. I'm not really used to dealing with so many- [humans] -people- [in this form] -at once, so my skills are probably a little rusty. You totally have the air of a reliable person, anyway!
