WEEKEND ZERO: OVERFLOW
WOW

Unnerving. That may be the best word to describe how the vibes feel as your sight begins to clear and you find yourself on the ground. The air is chilly, and you don't see anything that may represent the sun or the moon for a sense of time. You look around expecting to find some sort of buildings, wildlife, or anything of use, but your immediate line of vision only shows a sprawling monochrome landscape.
Are you feeling adventurous? As you get to your feet, you have the opportunity to wander further and begin assessing the situation. You'll quickly find that the only thing on your person are the clothes on your back. Traveling will eventually lead you to a few areas, though none of them appear very promising either.
Don't stray too far, however. While there are few hints of plant life (nothing nourishing, nothing satisfying), you won't find much else. There's no food or running water; resources seem scarce. The further you go, the more you begin to feel colder and weaker. Your eyes begin to play tricks on you, and everything ahead of you looks unfocused and even more gray than before. An imminent sense of danger hangs above you...you can't quite pinpoint why, but your gut instinct says there's something else out there just lying beyond your reach.
Perhaps you'll have luck another day. For now, it seems as though your only option is to make use of the areas you do have access to and try to settle in. But don't worry, you aren't alone. There's 35 other people just waiting to see what you'll do next.

Welcome to your weekend zero intro to
Things of note!
► You can find food (cotton candy, stale hot dog buns with no hot dogs, etc) in the carnival, but none of it is filling. It's monochrome, and you're hungry again five minutes later.
► There's water in the mansion but it's kind of grey.
► Seriously, it's cold.
► You arrive in your canon outfit. It is also monochrome, like someone drained the dye out of your clothes.
Stay tuned for more updates throughout the weekend, and happy settling!

If you insist, Percy. [ he will, regardless, remember his entire name for the rest of his life. ] Our numbers, from what I can tell so far, push well past a dozen, even two. A handful have arrived injured, but luckily none in such states that their lives are in danger - at least, now, in this place.
[ he waits, and then his voice lowers as he continues his inspection, angling in a little more, finding that spot that made him breathe in and out like that. no touch, just making sure that it's not something that needs tended to immediately. ]
I've seen enough of firearms and weapons powered by Ziliujin, the damage they do, to know that this should be much worse, for how fresh this blood is despite the color. [ no questions on what happened. ] "Walk it off" is not my favorite prescription, but in this case, I think once you catch your second wind you won't need to worry.
i see that fighter class joke and i applaud you
We're worth more to whatever brought us here alive than we are dead.
[ he glances downwards. ]
You're a physician... so you believe in discretion, yes?
