WEEKEND ZERO: OVERFLOW
WOW

Unnerving. That may be the best word to describe how the vibes feel as your sight begins to clear and you find yourself on the ground. The air is chilly, and you don't see anything that may represent the sun or the moon for a sense of time. You look around expecting to find some sort of buildings, wildlife, or anything of use, but your immediate line of vision only shows a sprawling monochrome landscape.
Are you feeling adventurous? As you get to your feet, you have the opportunity to wander further and begin assessing the situation. You'll quickly find that the only thing on your person are the clothes on your back. Traveling will eventually lead you to a few areas, though none of them appear very promising either.
Don't stray too far, however. While there are few hints of plant life (nothing nourishing, nothing satisfying), you won't find much else. There's no food or running water; resources seem scarce. The further you go, the more you begin to feel colder and weaker. Your eyes begin to play tricks on you, and everything ahead of you looks unfocused and even more gray than before. An imminent sense of danger hangs above you...you can't quite pinpoint why, but your gut instinct says there's something else out there just lying beyond your reach.
Perhaps you'll have luck another day. For now, it seems as though your only option is to make use of the areas you do have access to and try to settle in. But don't worry, you aren't alone. There's 35 other people just waiting to see what you'll do next.

Welcome to your weekend zero intro to
Things of note!
► You can find food (cotton candy, stale hot dog buns with no hot dogs, etc) in the carnival, but none of it is filling. It's monochrome, and you're hungry again five minutes later.
► There's water in the mansion but it's kind of grey.
► Seriously, it's cold.
► You arrive in your canon outfit. It is also monochrome, like someone drained the dye out of your clothes.
Stay tuned for more updates throughout the weekend, and happy settling!

Ha... volunteer is one way of putting it. But I'm fortunate to be surrounded by kind people, so I think it's only natural to help.

[A long pause...]
Mm. It's good to help the church. Though I suppose its not the same kind of church I'm thinking of.

Indeed. It's reassuring to have friends at your side.

It's much appreciated... though if I may ask, what are you, if you don't need to eat to survive?

Heh... well, that's as valid of an endeavour as any. Were you planning to rest inside the mansion, then?

I'm... not sure? She was a very kind girl, though, so she probably wouldn't mind teaching you a little.

It's pretty nice that everyone's so easy to get along with so far. I've only had to hit one person.

I'd like to think it wasn't completely random... That would be quite poor luck on our parts.

Hm... maybe one or two? I suppose there was Milsha's house—it didn't occur to me since she's not quite nobility...
But I haven't seen many towns to have a good sample, really.

Well, that's for when we do find them... I'd like to hear their reasoning, at least.

Indeed... It's all very strange. I'm not surprised some people are wondering if this is some sort of afterlife.
no subject
[November at the start you literally said this was hell even when you didn't mean it in the slightest, what do you mean with 'are they?']
I suppose it's not impossible. Would you find it alarming if it turns out we're in the afterlife?

Heh... well, I should warn you that the rabbits of the moon aren't the same as rabbits elsewhere, so other people might get confused if you talk about them.
